Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin, Carmona (Sevilla), Andalucía, Spain With a delicate touch of liquorice, this strawberry gin offers intense aromas of strawberries with a hint of juniper combined with subtle citrus notes. The gin maker uses two copper alembic stills. Wild juniper berries and strawberries are macerated for 48 hours before an 18 hour distillation process. The result is delicious.
